Pathologist: General Surgical with Breast expertise, Weill Cornell Medicine, Queens
Applicants should hold an M.D., D.O., or M.D./Ph.D. degree, be board certified in AP or AP/CP, qualified for a New York State Certificate of Qualification (COQ), and have a breast subspecialty fellowship or equivalent experience.
The surgical pathology service is staffed by nine pathologists, working within a semi-subspecialty sign-out model, closely collaborating with Weill Cornell Medicine. On site PA, histology, and immunohistochemistry support state of the art diagnostic service.
Key responsibilities will include providing general surgical pathology services with a focus on breast pathology, general frozen sections, night and weekend surgical pathology call, tumor boards, and other routine hospital-based duties.

The salary range for this position is $260K to $370K. This compensation range does not include our amazing benefits and any incentive payments, based on quality measures and productivity, that may be applicable to this role.
The selected candidate will have an academic appointment at the Weill Cornell Medicine. Academic rank will be commensurate with the level of experience and scholarly accomplishments.
