Maternal Fetal Medicine Specialist/ Medical Director, Labor & Delivery
Weill Cornell Medicine in partnership with NewYork-Presbyterian Medical Group/Queens is seeking a board certified fellowship trained Maternal-Fetal Medicine sub-specialistto join our faculty as the Medical Director of Labor & Delivery at NewYork-Presbyterian Queens Hospital.This position will involveclinical, administrative and leadership support in the labor & delivery unit as well as maternal fetal medicine coverage in the antenatal testing unit.
NewYork-Presbyterian Queens, located in Flushing, New York, is a community teaching hospital serving patients in a culturally and ethnically diverse area of Queens and metro New York. This 535-bed tertiary facility is an academic affiliate of Weill Cornell Medical College, and has been an integral part of the community since 1957 with active services in all medical and surgical disciplines. With 2,500 annual births, the Ob/Gyn team provides 24/7 coverage of the Ob and Gyn Service, 9 labor and delivery rooms, 3 Ob operating rooms, a new state-of-the-art postpartum floor, and 19 surgical operating rooms (one is equipped with a robot). Our hospital boasts a Level III NICU, and is also a major teaching site for Ob/Gyn & Pediatric residents of NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center. NYP Queens faculty participate in the education and training of Weill Cornell Medical College medical students.

The salary range for this position is $500k to $550k. This compensation range does not include our amazing benefits and any incentive payments, based on quality measures and productivity, that may be applicable to this role.
The selected candidate will hold an academic appointment at Weill Cornell Medical College. Academic rank will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and credentials.
