Hematology, Weill Cornell Medicine, Brooklyn
NewYork-Presbyterian/Brooklyn Methodist Hospital is a 550-bed academic teaching hospital in Park Slope, Brooklyn with a full range of residencies and a hematology/medical oncology fellowship program. The successful candidate will join a growing Hematology and Medical Oncology Division and practice in the institution’s 400,000 square foot outpatient building, the Center for Community Health, whose top floor is devoted to hematology and medical oncology. The center includes a 32-chair infusion center and a dedicated clinical trials space.
We seek a dedicated, energetic, and service-oriented clinician, clinical researcher, and teacher, with the desire to expand a busy hematology program in Brooklyn, population 2.6 million, New York’s largest borough and to serve our sickle cell patient population. NYPBMH is the leading academic teaching hospital in the borough. It has long demonstrated a commitment to improve treatment and care for people with sickle cell disease.
The salary range for this position is $315k to $400k. This compensation range does not include our amazing benefits and any incentive payments, based on quality measures and productivity, that may be applicable to this role.
